Mission
Mission statement & philosophy of care
Neurodiverse You exists to provide careful, evidence-informed, neuro-affirming mental health services for people with ADHD, autism and overlapping presentations. We aim to combine diagnostic clarity with treatment, follow-up and psychologically meaningful care, so that people are not left with answers alone.
Philosophy of care
Our work is grounded in respect for neurodiversity, clinical rigour and warmth. The principles below describe how we try to show up in practice.
- 01
Individual-centred care
We start from your story, strengths and constraints — not a one-size-fits-all pathway. Care plans reflect what you need now and what might help next.
- 02
Comprehensive support
Assessment, therapy, psychiatric input and practical follow-up can sit together in one service, so you are not left to join the dots alone.
- 03
Empowerment and advocacy
We aim to make sense of complexity with you — including education, work and relationships — and to support self-advocacy where it matters.
- 04
Education and awareness
We train organisations and teams where it helps, so neurodivergence is understood in context — not reduced to labels or assumptions.
- 05
Collaboration
Our multidisciplinary team works as one clinical pathway; where external services are involved, we aim for clear communication and shared purpose.
