Ms Charlotte Howarth

Neurodivergence Specialist (Nurse)

Charlotte Howarth is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in neurodiversity assessments. With a dual background in Social Work and Learning Disability Nursing (BSc), she brings both clinical expertise and a deep relational understanding to her work. Her approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and a strong commitment to neuroaffirming practice.

She specialises in recognising strengths-based, non-stereotypical, and internalised presentations, particularly in women and individuals who may have been overlooked by standard assessment models. Her work offers clients space to explore masking, adaptive strategies, and the psychological cost of navigating a neurotypical world while neurodivergent.

As part of a neurodiverse family herself, Charlotte understands first-hand the complexities, joys, and challenges that can arise. She is passionate about helping others make sense of their experiences and provides clear, empowering recommendations to support advocacy, access, and next steps, whether for oneself or a loved one.
