If you would like to book an appointment for a comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or a combined AuDHD assessment, please register your interest below, and we’ll be in touch quickly to let you know when we have availability.
Generally, we should be able to accommodate your request for an assessment and confirm a time frame within the next 1 to 2 weeks. We are happy to consider any specific requests that you might have. Please let us know when you send your request using the booking form below.
Please note that services listed as being available to children or adolescents apply to those 14 years and over and under 18 years of age.
