If you or someone you know is in crisis or at risk of harming themselves or others, please consider taking the following actions:

  1. Contact emergency services

Dial 999 if you are in the UK, or your local emergency number if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

  2. Reach out to a crisis helpline
    • Samaritans — call 116 123 (available 24/7).
    • Shout — text 85258 for free, confidential support via text (available 24/7).
    • Mind — call 0300 123 3393 or text 86463 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm).
  3. Visit the nearest A&E

Remember: you do not have to go through this alone. Help is available, and it is important to reach out.
