Cath Mahon

Cath Mahon is the Practice Manager at Neurodiverse You (NDY), bringing extensive experience in healthcare administration from her years working in General Practice within the NHS. With advanced diplomas in practice management, Cath has excelled in both private healthcare and NHS hospital settings, developing a comprehensive understanding of operational efficiency, patient care coordination, and regulatory compliance. 

 Known for her compassionate leadership and strategic acumen, Cath plays a pivotal role in ensuring NDY’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly, supporting the team to deliver high-quality, neuroaffirmative services. She is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where both clients and staff feel valued and empowered. 

 Cath and her husband reside in rural Herefordshire, where they enjoy the lively dynamics of their blended family of seven children. Her advocacy for equal opportunities is rooted in her core belief that every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, deserves respect, fairness, and the opportunity to thrive. 

 Outside of her professional life, Cath finds balance through running, reading, yoga, and exploring new destinations through travel. Her passion for personal growth and well-being aligns seamlessly with NDY’s mission to help individuals embrace their strengths and live authentically.
